Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sthamly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sthamly provides AI visibility auditing for brands and local businesses, covering AI model mentions (via third-party AI providers) and Google search presence, along with optional paid fixes applied to a connected website (WordPress or Shopify) or, where available, a Google Business Profile.
3. Accuracy of Results
AI visibility scores are generated by querying third-party AI models and search APIs at a point in time. Results reflect the knowledge and behavior of those external systems and may change without notice, may be incomplete, or may not reflect real-time AI Overview behavior. Sthamly does not guarantee any specific ranking, mention, or business outcome.
4. Payments and Refunds
One-time fixes and subscription plans (₹999/month) are processed via Razorpay. Once a fix has been successfully applied to your connected website or store, the fee is non-refundable, as the service (code/markup insertion) has been delivered. If a payment succeeds but the fix fails to apply due to a technical error on our end, contact support for a resolution or refund.
5. Store & Website Connections
By connecting your WordPress site, you authorize Sthamly to make specific, limited changes (schema markup, FAQ content) via the WordPress REST API using the application password you provide.
By connecting your Shopify store, you authorize Sthamly to access and modify specific store data (such as theme metafields, product/page SEO metadata, and structured data/schema markup) via the Shopify Admin API, using the permissions (scopes) you approve during the connection process. Sthamly requests only the minimum scopes needed to apply the fixes you request, and does not access customer, order, or payment data through this connection.
In all cases, you are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials or authorization you provide, and for reviewing changes made to your site or store. You may disconnect your WordPress site or Shopify store at any time from your Account settings, which revokes Sthamly's access going forward.
6. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating an audit or account
- You must not use the Service to audit or target websites or stores you do not own or have authorization to manage, for the purposes of applying fixes
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any connected WordPress or Shopify credentials
7. Intellectual Property
The Sthamly name, logo, website, and underlying software are the property of Sthamly and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission. Audit reports generated for your brand belong to you and may be used, shared, or published freely.
8. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your account information, audit history, and connected-site credentials (encrypted) for as long as your account is active. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible and removes your audits, WordPress/Shopify connections, and profile data from our systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sthamly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including changes in AI visibility, search ranking, or business outcomes, or from changes made to a connected website or store through the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms, at our discretion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gonda, Uttar Pradesh.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Contact
For questions about these Terms, please contact us via the support option in your Account settings.
